  • Barre - a low-impact workout that blends ballet, yoga, and Pilates, using a ballet barre and small, isometric movements (tiny pulses) to build strength, tone muscles, and improve flexibility, often leading to a "shaking" sensation as muscles fatigue. It's a full-body exercise focusing on core and lower body, using light weights, resistance bands, and balls for added challenge, suitable for all fitness levels without needing dance experience.

    Pilates - a mind-body exercise system focusing on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled movements, breath, and muscle engagement

    Functional Movement - functional movement is exactly like it sounds. Think every day movement with intention. Physical therapy in a group setting without insurance costs (this is a joke please don’t come here instead of PT) but we practice lifting weights, getting up and down, bending and stretching in ways that benefit our health for our whole lives for our one body.

  • Yes please! Each class is created with all fitness levels in mind. We offer modifications to challenge you and to make it easier if you’re just learning this style of movement.
