  • Our barre workout focuses on isolating and working each muscle group one by one, resulting in improved strength, posture, and balance. Small movements, weights, and high repetitions all make for a great full body workout.

  • Our signature barre class condensed into an express 45 minutes focuses on isolating and working each muscle group one by one, resulting in improved strength, posture, and balance. Small movements, weights, and high repetitions all make for a great full body workout.

  • 45 minute class combining functional movements, cardio bursts, full range movements, pilates core work and isometric barre moves to build strength and endurance throughout the body. The circuit format means you can work as slow or fast as you need making it appropriate for all levels.

  • In this high energy group class, you will use a mix of heavy weights, body weight, and full range movements to strengthen all major muscle groups. This class focuses on resistance and strength, so get ready to sweat and take your barre workout to the next level.

  • Our Sculpt class condensed to 45 minutes, you will use a mix of heavy weights, body weight, and full range movements to strengthen all major muscle groups. This class focuses on resistance and strength, so get ready to sweat and take your barre workout to the next level.

  • 45 minutes of classic Pilates moves utilizing reformer, Pilates chair, and TRX or Mat. Challenging yourself but suitable for most experience levels. Recommended to take one class prior to signing up for this, sticky socks required

  • 45 min of heavy weights, kettle bells, TRX, functional full range movements meant to increase strength and endurance. 5 stations each 6 minutes long challenging you to do as much as you can in that time then rotate. Working full body with a warm up and cool down. If you enjoy a fast paced diverse class you’ll enjoy Strength.

  • 45 minutes of fun utilizing the rebounders (mini trampolines) combined with barre movements for a fun full body workout with low impact moves suitable for every fitness level. *please bring a pair of sticky socks for this class, if you do not have them we sell them in our studio.

  • 45 or 60 minutes of Pilates on the mat. Pilates is a low-impact, mind-body exercise system focusing on core strength, flexibility, and posture through controlled, precise movements and deep breathing, following the principles of Joseph Pilates.

  • 60 minutes of functional movement, utilizing weights, balance, and full range of motion focus on your form, go slow, get low, and have movement and flexibility for a lifetime.

  • Join us for 60 minutes of movement 30 minutes of Barre followed by 30 minutes of restorative stretching and yoga flow. We provide all equipment and mats, socks are required.
